La Ricotta


Earlier in the day, I watched La Ricotta (1963).

Stuffed Jumbo Pasta Shells per Due Persone:

Mush up:

Mezzo chilo di Ricotta.
Un sacchetto di mozzarella.
Del parmesan tritato.
Mezzo chilo di spinachi .
Due uove.
Del basilico e del pepe.
Mushing up the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, basil, eggs, and pepper.
Boil 18 JUMBO PASTA SHELLS!
Stuff with all that stuff into shells, bake at 425°F (218°C) for about 10 minuti!Baking the shells for about 10 minutes at 218° C (425° F).Mozzarella melted all over the stuffed shells! Sugo.Stuffed Jumbo Pasta Shells!Cannoli!Finisciamo con due cannolo! Mmmm!
