Come on, Irene

If there’s one thing I’m grateful for these days, it’s Hurricane Irene for distracting everyone from the “North Eastern Earthquake” from several days ago.  I didn’t feel a thing from the quake, and I’m sick of hearing about it.  I’ve also been sick of hearing about the hurricane since before it even affected my area.  Nothing happened, no water damage, just plant debris and junk strewn everywhere. Come on, Irene! My back steps almost blend in with my yard. No, the wind didn't knock the picnic benches over; we did.The poor pool!Seed pods swing away.Dad's zucchini plants were leveled.A plastic bag blew onto our sidewalk. My back windshield!Somebody needs to have a Hurricane Irene car wash (and donate the money to those affected!)If your road isn't flooded, it probably looks like this.My house has been attacked by leaves.
