I failed to mention I was home last weekend. Back home – Northeast, PA – the leaves on the trees change to beautiful colors before they fall off and die. That doesn’t happen as noticably in Philadelphia, so I always appreciate going home to see it. Holly mentioned to me the people who come in from other parts of the area to see our foliage. I was one of them.
Giant’s Despair is right off of Routes 309 and 115. It is a continuation of Northampton Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA. It is known for it’s bike races and hill climbs.
