I begin just about every one of my photography assignments in Center City Philadelphia. To be honest, it’s been getting old, but I appreciate the diversity of material this part of town has to offer. I can almost always get an entire photo project done here. This day’s assignment was strictly Center City Philadelphia, with specific items to get photos of instead of abstract ideas or elements. In a way this was easier, yet just as humdrum as every other excursion I embark on to get the shots I need. The rules to this assignment – we were not allowed to go back on any other day to finish – made it less stressful, I knew that once I was on the subway back to campus, I’d have everything I needed for next next week’s deadline, and then some.
Were you in Dr. Trayes Basic photo class?
